Where are the products produced?

All STEAM garments are designed and manufactured in Colombia.

We contribute to the country's economy by generating employment for mothers who are heads of households, women who are passionate about clothing and fashion. A human team that with a lot of dedication designs and produces the garments that arrive at your home.

Our manufacturing process is carried out on demand so as not to generate waste in the environment, complying with the highest quality standards.

What is the best way to wash STEAM products?

LINEN

Our garments are 100% linen and require special care. Hand wash with cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid excessive twisting and rubbing. Do not use bleach. Rinse well and squeeze gently. To dry, place them on a flat surface in the shade. Do not use a dryer. Iron at medium heat when they are still slightly damp on the inside out. This way you will keep your linen garment fresh and durable.

TERRY

Our terry garments require special care. Machine wash in warm water with mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners. It is recommended to wash them with similar colors. To dry, preferably put them on a flat surface in the shade. Avoid excess heat. Iron on low heat if needed. This way you will keep your terry clothes comfortable and in good condition.

Swim Trunks STEAM

Washing our Swim trunks in 100% recyclable polyester fabric is very easy. Machine wash with warm water and mild detergent. Avoid using bleach. Wash with similar colors if possible. To dry, tumble dry on a low heat or hang outside. It does not need ironing. In this way, you will keep your STEAM Swim trunks in optimal conditions.

What is the price of a STEAM product?

The minimum price of a STEAM product is $88USD. All our garments are handmade in Colombia, using the best quality materials, guaranteeing a premium product that will last for years.

Has my order been shipped?

When your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation of it in an informative email with a tracking number.In this way, you can track the delivery of your item(s).

What is the exchange and return policy?

For your purchase made through www.steambeach.com, Sutex SAS has a return period of 15 business days from the date the carrier delivers your order to the address provided in the purchase. You must notify about the return before the 15 business days have elapsed through one of our service channels:

You must bear in mind that the products on promotion or discount and in the OFFERS section have no change. In some cases, special conditions will apply that will depend on the dynamics or activity on which you are buying them. How can I change or return my order?

To return the product you can use the same packaging in which we delivered your order or use a packaging of your choice, however, it is important that the packaging is adequate according to the nature of the product so that it cannot be affected during the transportation process. The guide is valid only for the next 72 hours once you receive it in your email, so you must make sure to take the product to Operlog/Fedex in this time.
The product must be returned in optimal conditions, without traces of having been used, with the original labels or, failing that, if they have already been removed, you must insert them in the packaging.

Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify its conditions and according to the results, a new product will be sent to you or a coupon will be given to you for a new purchase.


You can choose between the following options:


- Product change (Subject to inventory availability at the time of change). Changes can only be made for products with a value equal to or less than the original and the difference, if applicable, will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase in the online store.

In case of not having availability for the change, the value of the product(s) will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase.


- Coupon to make a new purchase at www.steambeach.com (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).

- The changes will be dispatched approximately 3 business days after the product is received at the warehouse and the same times of a regular delivery will apply.


- The coupon to make a new purchase at www.steambeach.com will be sent approximately 2 business days after the product is received at the warehouse.


- Money refund: Depending on the means of payment you have used for your purchase, the refund will be made through an electronic transfer or to your credit card.

Partial refunds will be processed via electronic transfer.
Through electronic transfer, the process can take 10 to 15 business days.

In the event that your product does not meet the criteria of our exchange and guarantee policy, we will inform you with an email of the reason why the change or guarantee is not applicable and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.

I have returned my STEAM order. And now that?

Once you have requested the return of your product you can choose between the following options:

Change of product by size or color: changes can only be made for products with equal or lower value than the original, the change will be subject to availability in inventory. (If the value is lower, the remaining balance will be sent in a promotional code that will be sent to the registered email to make a new online purchase, which will be valid for 365 days)
Money back.

Once we have your return request with the necessary data for it, we will be contacting you to schedule the collection of the product, in a period not exceeding 7 business days following the filing of your request. Once we have your return request with the necessary data for it, we will send you an Operlog / Fedex guide to your email within the next 48 hours so that you can use it and return your products at no cost. You must print the guide (this already has all the information registered, you do not need to fill in additional data) and take it along with the product to any Operlog / Fedex point in the country.

What is the current status of my order?

You can check the status of your order with your guide number on the page of our shipping partners (Operlog/Fedex). Once the order is ready, you will receive an informative email with an order tracking number, through which you can check the status of the order at all times to know when you will receive it.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once your order is placed, we will automatically begin the shipping process in order to provide you with the fastest possible delivery. That is why you cannot make changes to the order once it has been placed.

Returns for the wrong size or color must be made through our personalized returns app within 30 days of receiving the products. Returned products must be like new and keep the labels.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

For the purchase of any article, Sutex SAS recognizes a legal guarantee of 1 year from the date of purchase for reasons of factory defect. To make the guarantee of said product effective, it is necessary to attach the purchase receipt or invoice of the same.

 

ADDITIONAL GUARANTEES futboltex

Sutex SAS offers a 30-day commercial guarantee for its products for all items purchased through www.futboltex.com for possible defects in their materials or factory damage.

The guarantee is not applicable in the following cases:

-By mechanical cuts

-Exposure to extreme temperatures

-Contact with acids or solvents

-Stains

-Wear (cart wheels)

Damage caused by third parties such as airlines or other carriers

Failure to follow the instructions for use and care, as well as modifications or interventions by persons outside the repair shop in the original design of the product will also be excluded from the guarantee.

Immediate Warranty

In case of a defective product, we will proceed according to your choice to replace it with another of the same model or to refund the full amount charged. This action has no cost. All those products that need to be replaced within a period not exceeding 30 days after purchase are included in the immediate guarantee.
