The delivery time of the products varies, however, for main cities the maximum delivery time is four business days and for other destinations it can be up to seven business days, depending on the availability of the carrier.
Delivery times start counting from the confirmation of payment. For credit card payments, the payment platform must approve the transaction based on data analysis, which may take up to one business day.
Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time. The product may be received by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the transporter's guide will suffice.
In the event that the product has signs of damage or ruptures in its packaging at the time of delivery, you must register it in the transporter's guide as an observation and contact the Customer Service line located in the city of Bogotá with PBX 3580000 ext. 314 (from Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm), through our email email@example.com
Cost of delivery
The shipping cost will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package. This value will be calculated in the purchase process and will be informed to you at the time of settlement of the order, before you make the payment.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
